I am sure you hear lots of times that you need to be grounded. Or you feel scattered and are looking at ways to center your energy a little bit more. In this workshop we will be covering all the different ways you can ground yourself by using the good old going outside, crystals, stones, oils and grounding mats! Then we will wrap it up with doing a guided meditation outside with your feet in the grass, weather permitting! This event will be held at my office on Mason St in Onalaska!
