Full Moon In Cancer January 2022!

On January 17^th there is a full moon in Cancer. A bit of the main focus here is emotions and heightened intuition. It is a great time to look at patterns that can be a bit self-sabotaging or getting in the way of what you really want to accomplish, become or get to. You may be noticing a push pull on the emotions, personal freedoms and such. The first few weeks have of January have slowed us down a bit, bringing things to surface that need to be reevaluated and either ended for good or worked on to get you to that next level. Are you repeating the words or actions over and over and wondering why nothing is changing? As they say, if you keep doing what you have always done, you will always get what you have gotten. Do your best to mix it up a bit. What unhealthy habits do you have that are possibly adding to the procrastination? How much screen time are you putting in? Are you seeing how much you are making sure everyone else is reaching their goals and happiness and leaving yours on the back burner? Yours is just as important so make sure you make some time for them as well. Use the energy to help you release what is blocking you, celebrate reaching a milestone you have been working for or even that you are taking the time to reevaluate and make changes! With this full moon hitting emotions a bit, this is not a time to word vomit as with the mercury retrograde what you are trying to say could be miscommunicated and words not taken back. Take a moment, cool down a second then speak your mind. This could be affecting everyone a little bit different so if there are sudden outburst or emotions happening, maybe try your best to see things from their point of view or if anything just be a little bit patient with them. We are going to be stepping into some exciting quick moving times this year so get in practice of going with the flow the best you can. Full moons are an excellent time to get those crystals out to cleanse and charge! Even if you missed the actual night of the full moon the next day works as well since the energy of the full moon sticks around for a few days!
